This means that the patch in patches doesn't need to be applied since it
already finds those changes in the file itself.

I just looked at my ssh patches directory, but I am unable to find any
patch to config.h whatsoever.

Could you update your ports with cvsup and see if the problem still
exists?

Make sure you make clean in the port first though.
