The bpf issue resolved in src here: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/contrib/libpcap/pcap.h.diff?r1=1.12.2.1&r2=1.12.2.2 The definitions patch is also unnecessary. kismet still works fine and any changes to make the code cleaner should be pursued upstream.
