One lot I pulled into the other day had a _MIN_ parking fee of $5.00. Needles to say I parked else where. I usually walk in Berkeley. There is parking around Transbay. A couple of block walk will not kill anyone. Sorry guys this is Berkeley, not a shopping mall.
