Thanks, for some reason I couldn't remember that.  I now get:

puc0: <Timedia technology 2 Port Serial> port 0xc800-0xc81f irq 21 at device 9.0 on pci1
puc0: [FAST]

But no more sio devices.  Am I still being dumb?
