I've got apache set up with /usr/local/www/data as DocumentRoot (the default, IIRC). Now, to get to the docs, I've made a symlink from /usr/local/www/data/en to /usr/share/doc/en so that this main index I've put together, which assumes it's in /usr/share/doc (although I've put it in /usr/local/www/data) so all it's links are en/...., work. Is this the correct way to set it up? (The comments in httpd.conf state that symlinks may be used to point to other locations). > - jim > > -- > - jim mock - walnut creek cdrom/freebsd test labs - jim@luna.cdrom.com - > - phone: 1.925.691.2800 x.3814 - fax: 1.925.674.0821 - jim@FreeBSD.org - > - editor - The FreeBSDzine - www.freebsdzine.org - jim@freebsdzine.org - > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message -- ...and on the eighth day God created UNIX ________________________________________________________________ FreeBSD - The Power To Serve http://www.freebsd.org My Webpage http://ukug.uk.freebsd.org/~mark/ mailto:mark@ukug.uk.freebsd.org http://www.radan.com To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message
