what does dmesg say? what does 'fdisk /dev/rsd3' say? have you tried the -r option? also always use the raw device e.g. disklabel -r -w /dev/rsd3s1 floppy3 disklabel -r -e /dev/rsd3s1 On Mon, 17 Aug 1998, David K Phinney wrote: > Hi, > > When I try to use disklabel on sd3s1 I get the error "device not > configured".
