It all went fine, I recompiled my kernel with sound and device vpo for my external 100MB Zip drive, The problem is after the reinstall the naming of the files on the zip disks are different. They seem to be like old DOS 6.2 versions of long names for Win 9X. I.E. thisisatestfile.txt now reads like thisis~1.txt I have mounted the zip drive as /dev/wda01s /zip type msdos Is there something I'm missing out on ? -- _______________________ Thanks.
