(I'm not sure if I understand the question, but here goes.)
There are NO numbers for o+w since that's a *relative* setting,
meaning add write permission for the others. If it were `o=rw',
meaning set read+write only for the others no matter what's already
there, then you could use a 6 as the last digit. And if you wanted
read+write for the group and for the owner, try
chmod 666 <pathname>...
