I CVSUPed the changes made today, and my box comes up with all 4 CPUs
now (after executing "sysctl -w kern.smp_active=4").

The end of my dmesg log looks like:

	stray irq 13
	changing root device to sd0a
	Enabled INTs: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, imen: 0x00ff1c01
	SMP: All idle procs online.
	SMP: Starting 1st AP!
SMP: AP CPU #1 LAUNCHED!! Starting Scheduling...
SMP: TADA! CPU #1 made it into the scheduler!.
SMP: 2 of 4 CPU's online. Unlocking next CPU..
SMP: AP CPU #2 LAUNCHED!! Starting Scheduling...
SMP: TADA! CPU #2 made it into the scheduler!.
SMP: 3 of 4 CPU's online. Unlocking next CPU..
SMP: AP CPU #3 LAUNCHED!! Starting Scheduling...
SMP: TADA! CPU #3 made it into the scheduler!.
SMP: All 4 CPU's are online!

Great job Steve!

I'll beat on it with parallel compiles...
