We are concerned that so long callout list will be rendered by default using both graphic and textual representation of callout numbers, which looks somewhat ugly. What is the current FDP style as to this issue? Should we leave it alone or turn off callout graphics for the list completely? And if the latter, how could it be done? Thanks! -- Yar
