Hi folks,

eik@ and yours truly are writing a chapter for the Porters Handbook,
in which we need to mark up a callout list as long as 20 items. We
are concerned that so long callout list will be rendered by default
using both graphic and textual representation of callout numbers,
which looks somewhat ugly. What is the current FDP style as to this
issue? Should we leave it alone or turn off callout graphics for
the list completely? And if the latter, how could it be done?

Thanks!
