Howdy, OK, so except for Herr Martin nobody knows (or does not wish to answer) a question regarding floppy tape backup. Let's rephrase it then: Does 2.1.7, 2.2 or 3.0 address the floppy tape backup problem any better than 2.1.5??? As in - can anything other than the ancient QIC 40/80 format be used for backup using 'ft' or 'lft'??
