Any takers? If we're not going to bring in CITRUS, I'd prefer to see runes junked as an unnecessary layer of abstraction. Doing so would break backwards compatibility for locales, but I think we're going to end up doing that eventually anyway. -- I've always wanted to be a dilettante, but I've never quite been ready to make the commitment.
