As I pointed earlier, squirm running with effective user of squid (i.e.
nobody:nogroup), so if you will set owner to root:wheel and perms to 770
on $(PREFIX)/etc/squirm it will be unable to read config files. Possible
solution is to set perms to 750 and owner to root:nogroup, which should
be sufficient from security point of view.
