I just took a look and I have the same issue. Last entry in page_log was
back on May 16, so it's been broken for a while. I have no idea whether
it's cups or the system, but I see that r386611 was made the next day. It
looks unlikely, though, since it was a pretty trivial change. to add CPE
which I don't believe should touch the actual code. (I could be wrong,
though.)

I don't print a lot, so the problem could have popped up a while later. I
do update my STABLE system every two or three weeks.
