Do you have a firewall that could be blocking SSL inbound?

I have setup a server to test SSL. I can connect to it fine with
computers within my subnet, but from outside the connection never
completes. This is with https only. I can telnet/ping/etc from the
outside in. Anyone else ever see this? Any pointers? (I'm stuck)
