When I do `dmesg -a | grep -i scanner` Preloaded elf module "uscanner.ko" at 0xc057c720. uscanner0: Canon CanoScan, rev 1.00/1.00, addr 2 But when I run `xsane` or `xsane /dev/uscanner0` or `xsane -s` etc the application says device wasn't found. Any ideas? By the way, I am finding X 4.2.0 and FreeBSD 4.6-RELEASE and KDE 2.2.2 very very lovely, and am staying with FreeBSD for now ;-) for today... -- Peter Leftwich President & Founder Video2Video Services Box 13692, La Jolla, CA, 92039 USA +1-413-403-9555 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
