I have an U60 2x450 MHz that was running 6.1-PRERELEASE:
FreeBSD bel.localdomain 6.1-PRERELEASE FreeBSD 6.1-PRERELEASE #10: Fri Apr 14
08:38:48 MSD 2006     bel@bel.localdomain:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/SUNC3D  sparc64

Plus patch from PR/94778
<http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=sparc64/94778>.

Plus patch for hme(4) device polling mode
<http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-sparc64/2006-April/004042.html>;

Now, I do not have any problems. Very good network performance (11 MByte/s).
