All I can achieve is 100TX. I do this by specifying: media 100BASETX in rc.conf. Beside that the card doesn't seem to understand FD commands at all. I tried all the commands that I could find in /sys/pci/if_de.c without success. For example: balder# ifconfig de0 media 100TX_FD ifconfig: unknown media subtype: 100TX_FD balder# ifconfig de0 media 100TX-FD ifconfig: unknown media subtype: 100TX-FD either "should" work. This works fine under Linux with the driver from Donald Becker. Who is maintaining this driver? Who can I contact? Is there any other suggestion for a NIC card that work with good performance under FreeBSD with 100TX in Full Duplex mode? For the records: 2.2.7-RELEASE FreeBSD 2.2.7-RELEASE #0 de0 rev 48 int a irq 11 on pci0:10:0 de0: DEC DE500-BA 21143 [10-100Mb/s] pass 3.0 Regards, Rainer.
