Why not do so yourself? For example:

1. Define WINE_CROSS_BUILD=whatever in make.conf
2. Build i386-wine or i386-wine-devel in i386 jail
3. pkg install --force on amd64
4. Test: 3D acceleration, audio, network
5. Upload packages and adjust MASTER_SITES
6. Repeat for all supported FreeBSD releases
