Occurs with both open-motif-2.1.30_1 and open-motif-2.2.2. Logitech optical wheel mouse, usb connection, Matrox G450. >How-To-Repeat: On the root window, select button three to raise the Motif 'Root Window'. Move the mouse to a another window, and release. Whilst the pointer still moves, it is impossible to shift focus.
