It seemed to me that preserving the "isc/" part was a good
idea to avoid namespace collision, because the header files
have rather generic names like "tree.h" and "heap.h". But it
doesn't really matter to me much.

If people start using these routines a lot, that might be
a good idea.

In other words, I'm happy with anything as long as it's all
in there somewhere :-)
