You should do this only if you haven't done it already. : On the sidenote, my BSD box totally CRASHES after I attach the device using the : ether_attach call... any idea why? I've had this problem in the past. Usually it is due to not giving the softc the right size in the device declaration because I copied it from somewhere that didn't use a softc and specified a '1'.
