There really nothing "very cheap", www.etinc.com PCISYNC card with 1 port option seems to be as good as any, and they support Frame Relay and FreeBSD. Then there's Sangoma and Lanmedia, don't know about the FR support. I don't think sdlcomm.com supports FreeBSD. That's really about it, imo.
