Subject: Passing flags to PCI devices

What is the method for accessing device flags (like the floppy tape driver's
enable flag) in the PCI driver case? It doesn't look like PCI devices can
have flags, but then maybe I'm not looking in the right place. I'd really
like to make tagged queuing a flag instead of a kernel option, but I need
to do it for all the busses that the driver supports.

Thanks,
