It's cos the port has already been built and you are building on top of it
AFAIK. I got this on thud recently and it was, err, annoying me. If you do
a make clean it *SHOULD* go away (I think). Not quite sure what happened to
the BUILD_DONE cookie tho - I think JMZ's custom build rules have messed up
somewhere
