            Bug ID: 198899
Summary: ports-mgmt/pkg: pkg-version(8) manpage does not
explain the option -r vs -R
           Product: Documentation
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Documentation
          Assignee: freebsd-doc@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: elofu17@hotmail.com

Could you please describe/explain better how -r and -R work?

Specifically, what happen if you run 'pkg version -r foobar' without any -R ?

Perhaps 'pkg version' should bail with an error message if you use the -r
option without also adding the -R option?

/Elof
