I explicitly disconnected my email address from the FAQ to keep my (overloaded) mailbox from growing even further, and giving out an email that will probably be dead by the end of the year. However, it doesn't make clear just who hacks the files :) I'll whip up a patch to amend Handbook section 28.3 to reflect reality.
