The Dore 6.0 distribution has problems, as you are aware, particularly in its imake process. One of its original developers is now at SGI and has corrected these problems in the 6.0 distribution. I'm not sure who's handling the dore port now, but I've uploaded the 6.1 source to freebsd.cdrom.com:/pub/FreeBSD/incoming/dore*.
