I'd like to enable accounting on my 2.2.2 system, but try as I might, I can't get it to work. I have accounting enabled in /etc/rc.conf, and I made sure that the /var/account/acct file exists, but nothing is ever written to this file (i.e. it is always zero length). Am I missing something here? I.e. is there a kernel config I have to add, etc.? (I searched through the LINT config file but could not find any mention of accounting.)
