It was an HP 4mm 4gig drive. DDS-1. I temporarily put a Sun DDS-2 DAT drive on the machine (actually a Python). Now that I got a new DDS-1 HP drive, it can't read my the tapes. There is a media error - incompatable types. Is there a way to still be able to use my tapes. Erasing with the DDS-2 drive didn't work.
