Do you have FreeBSD systems avalable at all?

You can VNC onto a FreeBSD system, or use the Free Windows
X server to display FreeBSD on the Windows box...

If you look for Windows Desktop Themes, you'll find a
number of FreeBSD themes; they include cursors, I believe.
