I am getting these error messages and it seems that it the connection to the ip-number (usually a DOS micro with NCSA Telnet) is lost from our FreeBSD 2.1.5 server. 1. I assume the error is in network gateway unit at 00:00:0c:15:e7:0d 2. Can I somehow solve the problem in the FreeBSD box by adding some routing info or something. 3. Can I dissable this overwriting somehow? How? This problem and error message appears only in the FreeBSD nodes, not in Solaris, Linux, HP/UX etc. as far as I know.
