You surely have set WITH_APACHE2 in /etc/make.conf, so www/mod_rpaf and
www/mod_rpaf2 ports (same for mod_jk2) got the same PKG_NAME. make
index tells you that 2 ports have the same pkg-name.
In this case, these warnings are harmless.
