Just because a motherboard has a certain spec - does not mean that it can reliably meet that spec. When you bought the computer you should have done enough studies to determine what motherboard and peripheral cards you were willing to take a chance on - or knew enough about to know you would not have a problem. I would call TriGem and request that they swap out the motherboard for another brand. EFarris
