I've been running 7.1.0 for a long time with no problems (although I 
only use a small subset of it).
I've got a port for it, but it's probably not 100% quality.

I had sent it to the maintainer some months ago (it was 7.0 at the 
time), in case he wanted to have a look, but got no answer.

Although having both opencascade6 and opencascade7 in the port tree 
might be a good idea, I didn't step forward as a candidate maintainer: I 
think they should both be maintained by the same person.

If you are willing to test my port I can send it to you.
