A good while ago, Michael Ranner (cc'd) said he wanted to submit an
update and take over maintainership of doxygen, the PR however never
showed up in the database and nothing was followed up on, so
maintainership of doxygen is still up for grabs.

Interested parties are welcome to submit PRs with updates and
maintainer-change requests.
