We've tried IRC (We've setup a channel on irc.striked.org as #bsd-advocacy), and nobody showed up (nobody as in 2 or 3 people, that were directly involved in the project). There is not much else we CAN do to get this thing off the ground without mailing it to the list. Also, I fail to see any guidelines for this mailing list as Gary seems to have pointed, maybe one of you should create the code of conduct to follow on this list if your so irritated by what goes on on this list. Also re: what Ceri said, how is HTML mail less annoying then what i'm doing, HTML mail is about readability in a non-HTML email editor, also the fact that alot of the people that DO use HTML mail tend to use horrid looking colours, and hard to read fonts. I had no problem with what Gary, it's just how he said it to the list in general, if he had asked nicely for us to stop doing the replys with the rest of the bodied message attached, I wouldn't have flamed him back. And as you can see, I've stopped doing that now. -- Peter Kieser pfak@telus.net () ascii ribbon campaign - against html e-mail /\ - against microsoft attachments To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-advocacy" in the body of the message
