What the patch-05 is used for? GETHOSTNAME_DOMAIN is undefined anyway. It has no effect. Right? It was deleted in 1.2, and restored in 1.3, why? By the way, the latest development version 0.94.6i replaces --enable-hidden-host config option with a runtime option.
