FWIW, I ran into ZFS deadlocks with r288943 when running tests/sys/acl . When I
upgrade to r289441, this went away.

I was running into apparent deadlocks with the spa namespace lock though, not
tx->tx_sync_done_cv.

mav's modifications to zfs send/recv might need to be fixed.
