I'm not an expert in this, that's why I'm asking help. I really need uk_UA.CP1251 for my PostgreSQL db. I'm still using Linux for running PostgreSQL because of lack of uk_UA.CP1251 and ru_RU.CP1251 locales in FreeBSD... P.S.
