If my wording offends I apologize in advance. When I first started trying to figure this out and asking how to do this, the overlaying of directories was presented to me as a "feature" and I also would have thought that from reading several threads on the subject. I guess my question is: " is this likely to be spread all over the place by now or might it still be a centralized problem?" I never questioned this and assumed it was intrinsic to the make files.
