On your system :)
Squid and samba have been reported on ports and I'm working on cups,
which with the current script behaves strangely like it doesn't receive
"start".
But, as in your case, it starts by hand. 

Please check if you get a 
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/010.pgsql.sh: unknown directive ..............
Usage: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/010.pgsql.sh [fast|force|one](start|stop|restart|rcvar|reload|initdb|status|poll)
on boot, I'm very curios to see what directive it receives.
