options SYSCTL_DEVICES should be able to get this information already,
by exporting newbus information to sysctl.

My (not-yet-committed) changes to SYSCTL_DEVICES adds irq, drq, iomem,
and so forth to the information exported, if that's necessary.

What other stuff would be necessary?
