I accidentally erased the above file and now no matter what I try (even a complete fresh install of the OS!?!?!) I can not get it made.. It appears it comes prebroken actually due to manually attempt to start the service So the question is how on earth do I make this file... spent a while searching the web and fighting with chatGPT to no avail. -- Aryeh M.
