It looks there's an old .depend in there, but no link machine -> /usr/src/sys/boot/i386/libi386/../../../i386/include (from previous build, perhaps). And (possibly) buildworld doesn't do it there automatically. Do "make cleandepend" in /usr/src/sys/boot first (sorry, I'm telling an obvious things, but that's the most common overlooks which are the most trivial).
