Uh oh ... I think two to three TC degree-possessing writers is too many for the doc project! :-) We're using the linuxdoc DTD for the handbook---see /usr/share/sgml/FreeBSD. The DTD is really easy to use. Take a look at any of the existing documents and you'll pick it up. Matt Welsh's original documents on the linuxdoc DTD will help. You probably already know where to get a copy of this. Just ignore the references to his tools and use our tool (/usr/bin/sgmlfmt) instead. Then, just secure an unwritten section by emailing doc@freebsd.org first.
