rc.subr uses grep to look for rc scripts with '^# PROVIDE:'

See "find_local_scripts_new" and "find_local_scripts_old".

Scripts in /usr/local/etc/rc.d/* without the "# PROVIDE:" clause are ignore=
d by
/etc/rc.
