And I found the panic had occured with axe driver, too.
This panic seems not due to usb-nic driver.

My environment is as follows.

[nfs server]=20
13.0-RELEASE-p4 on zfs.
export /usr/ports

[nfs client]
14.0-CURRENT n250051(04c91ac48ad) on ufs.
mount /usr/ports by nfs

[How to panic]
1. Bootup nfs client machine
2. Login normal user(login shell is tcsh).
3. ls /usr/ports/www/wor<tab>
4. kernel panics with Panic String: lookup: encountered unexpected nul; str=
ing
[www]

(caution) This panic has not occured if it cached filenames under
/usr/ports/www.
