Then David should have appeared in the submitted by line, and/or the
reviewed by line.  Any kernel patch that does not have a reviewd by
davidg in it is going to get a response from me, it is part of my job
as source code Czar for Jordan to make sure we are doing following the
procedures outlined.

I had no way to know that this change had actually passed through David,
so I flagged it, sorry, but based on the commit message I did not have
much of an alternative.
