I'm a volunteer myself but not part of any team to understand what kind of
issues meetings pose. Unfortunately, your canned reply doesn't shed light.

Ping. Is Warner the only "we" working on meeting minutes/notes? Did the
team discuss ways to avoid delays in publishing notes during one of the
said meetings?
